좋은 직원들 덕에 항상 즐겁게 머물다 갑니다. (특히 리셉션의 ZIKO 덕에 정말 행복하게 지냈습니다.)

Tomamu Club Med is nice place.
I highly recommend it if you have children, and even if you don't, it's a fantastic resort with a great balance of relaxation and activities.
Thanks to the wonderful staff, I always have a great stay. (especially, ZIKO at reception)

I had fun with Vanny during my trip!! Vanny is so outgoing and I loved going to the pool, playing volleyball, table tennis and mountain biking together🤗 She’s an amazing Teansclub GO✌️ I loved hanging out with Vanny and I wish to see her again next summer in Tomamu❤️❤️

We visited Club Med Tomamu in late June for 7 nights. It was our first club med experience and we were very impressed.

The highlight was definitely hospitality. While Japan is known for its high bar in hospitality, Club Med Tomamu made it feel like home away from your home. Everyone was extremely friendly but not excessively where you didn't have your privacy. From the excursion office, bar, restaurant, mini club, to even the cleaning staff in early mornings... all staff carried an relaxed demeanor while being professional. The chef de village (Zack Lee) was personable and brought great energy with him.

Special shout out to the bar staff (Rohit, Wayne, Dolphin) and ALL the mini club teachers. Our 6YO had so much fun at mini club that he would protest when we picked him up early. He has a pretty early bed schedule but he stayed up almost every night just so he could participate in mini club activities. Mini club was more than just a service for parents to unwind, it was full of adventure. They offered archery, trapeze, outdoor activities, arts & craft and dance time. While I don't know the teachers' names, I'm extremely grateful for how caring and kind they were with the kids.

The food was superb for an all inclusive resort. The Yakiniku restaurant was lacking in comparison but the main restaurant kept us full and happy everyday. We later visited a 5 star hotel in Hokkaido and Club Med Tomamu offered better chocolate croissant!

For those who enjoy the nightlife, this place is also for you. In addition to all the festivities and fun events at the main hall, there's a bar that is adult- only, hidden away with a serene view. They carry some amazing liquor but at a premium price.

We had a room with a mountain view and waking up to the quiet mountain was simply amazing. This was a memorable vacation for all of us and would definitely come back.
