Michès Playa Esmeralda REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA

This was our 4th time at Club Med Miches and our best stay so far in this village.
The Customer Relation team was great. They welcomed us upon arrival and kept us up-to-date on the daily activities and special events that were organized.
With the new chef de cuisine Lenny the food was awesome. So much better than the last couple of years. Job well done!
Special shoutout to Juan-Carlos and Jonathan from the tennis team for preparing the courts and hitting with us.
The Archipelago rooms with the private pool are well worth the upgrade.
Having been to Club Med several times a year and for almost 20 years, this was one of best stays.

Club Med Miches was a lovely resort, in line with my expectations of the brand. The food, location, staff, room, pools and events were great.
The only things that I wish were enhanced are excursions (more adventure stuff like family adventure parks, scuba diving, shore snorkeling).
One GO that deserves a special shout-out is Daria from the circus team: thank you for being so kind, friendly and helpful with the kids and with the family: you made our vacation extra fun!

This club is just wow. It is such a beautiful place. We liked the way the club is played out with small buildings of 2 levels max. The suites by the beach are stunning, with your own 1 bedroom beach house and private pool. We stayed in a regular room which was really big, nicely decorated. Internet is fast if you need to work. Staff is really nice and food is excellent. The location is exceptional as it feels there is nobody around, the beach is just stunning and the pool is amazing. It is worth the 90 minutes drive from Punta Cana airport. It is an amazing place to go and recharge. Kite surfers can also go there in windy season (which is no May apparently 😕) or if you foil. We'll come back to Club Med Michès.

This was our second visit to Miches and once again we were not disappointed. From our arrival at the airport to the club everything was organized and the staff was so welcoming. We were upgraded with our status to the La Perla section which has is own bar and pool. Our room had an ocean view and was huge with a separate living room and two spacious bathrooms. The staff from bartenders to restaurant staff were wonderful. Especially Vladamir at the La Perla bar who always greeted us with a huge smile. The food was amazing and the drinks were plentiful. The club chef du village was very visible and very attentive to the guests. We also took advantage of the spa and had an amazing massage. We also took the lobster cruise which was a blast. Overall a 10 out of 10.
