From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how genuinely welcoming and kind the entire staff was. What impressed me the most was how multi-talented they all are—each staff member seemed to master more than one discipline, which made the whole experience even more remarkable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and energy really set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

A very special thank you to Jonathan Islas (tennis coach). Not only did he help me improve my tennis skills every single day during my stay, but he also brought an incredible warmth and positivity to every interaction. He was always approachable, full of energy, and truly made the effort to connect with guests—whether on the court or while joining us at meals. His smile, great personality, and natural ability to make everyone feel comfortable are exactly the qualities that make Club Med so unique.

Overall, the team at Michès Esmeralda exceeded all expectations. Their passion, versatility, and genuine care for guests made this experience one that I’ll remember and recommend wholeheartedly.

My family and I had an incredible time at ClubMed Miches!! We were held back by the Air Canada flight strike but were taken care of every step of the way!
I CANNOT say enough about the Petit Club/the daycare we had our son attend. He is a toddler who has visual impairments and I was worried he wouldn’t enjoy it as much as he did. He did so well!! The staff are phenomenal. I trust them 10000% and would go back to have him there again and again. BIG BIG BIG special shoutout to Laura, Myriam(Mimi), Ambre and my sons #1 Andrise!!! She was by his side every step of the way ensuring he was smiling and being included with all the activities the group did together.

We had a wonderful time at club med miches. The guest relations with Laeticia and Adrian were simply fantastic (and it’s really not always the case at club med!). The excursion we did on quads in the jungle was amazing - thanks to Eddy, Manuel and Philippe. In terms of entertainment, we’ve really never experienced such a kind and fun entertainment manager with Simon, a great attentive and fun teen club manager with Nico and the DJ Uriel and Andro were fantastic to mix for both the youngs and the oldest crew. Overall, as previously, the rooms were incredible at La Perla with a direct access to the fantastic beach.

This was our 3rd time to Miches and it keeps being amazing. Wonderful welcome by Laetitia and Raul! We stayed at La Perla in a beautiful penthouse suite, and the room was always kept very clean. A special thank you to the reception and guest relation team: Raul, Laetitia, Alejandro and Marine who made our stay unforgettable and seamless and gave us special attention. We had the pleasure to exchange and share meals with Raul, Laetitia, Bryan, Michelle and Alejandro, thank you very much for those good times we spent together! Great meals and service at all the three restaurants, the staff was always very kind and attentive to us. Compliments to Juan at the La Perla bar. Great services provided at the Spa! Thank you to Juan Carlos and Jonathan for their tennis classes (by the way all the tennis and pickleball courts have been entirely renovated). Big thank you to Marie the GO fitness for her great classes and for her communicative cheerfulness and incredible energy. Finally, a huge thank you to the mini club GO team (Guito, Nacheka, Chedelie, Monika, Cassidy, Iara and Vero) for taking such good care of our son and for their patience and dedication with the kids.

I had the most amazing time at club med! Ambre made my trip SO much fun! She’s so sweet and kind! I loved the meals we had together, her helping me learn crazy signs and just overall she’s such ray of sunshine!
