We just spent an excellent week at Club Med Punta Cana. The accommodations were great, the beach and pools were excellent, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The food and new bar/restaurant were fantastic and the activities offered were endless. Great opportunity be as active or relaxed as you want to be. Evening entertainment was fun, especially on Halloween! I cannot say enough great things about Miguel the Sports Manager and Samarun the Asst. Chef de Village who made our trip extra special. Looking forward to going back again and again!

Had such a great time at Punta Cana Club Med. Site is beautiful as there was intense reconstruction following a fire in 2024. Was lucky enough to be a guest in the Zen section (adults only - rooms are beautiful and bathroom is huge with all the latest shower and bathing products) with gorgeous adult pool and bar where Patricio and Richard served us the best cocktails!
There are so many activities to do ranging from stretching with Melanie, golf clinics with Jorge - aka the Dominican Tiger Woods who have awesome techniques, tips which actually made me want to go again and keep playing once I headed home. Also had the chance to meet Pablo who was so nice and entertaining. Other GOs that we had the chance to interact with during our stay : everyone magnificent such as Samarun, Gaëtan, Laurianne, YouYou, Hector the wine specialist, Nella at reception, and so many others!

I loved my vacation at Club Med Punta Cana - there are so many activities golf, kayak. Tennis, archery, trapeze, circus, yoga, gym, running and walking sessions, as well as all the themed nights were so well organized. The GOs are truly happy and interested in taking the time to talk to us, making my vacation feel so personalized!

Pools are beautiful, unfortunately the ocean wasn't cooperating that week with tropical storm Melissa who barely touched us as she passed by. There was alot of sargas that the ground keepers cleaned up, keeping the sandy beach impeccable.

I'm saving the best for last - the food. It was amazing, we had a whole bunch of people with different tastes andrestrictions and everyone ate to their heart's and belly's desire. I can't wait to go back and also experience even more Club Meds across the world. They are definitely worth every dime.

What a time! Flying trapeze lessons, a full water park, incredible sports and classes (led my incredible instructors and team leads), entertainment, and the best kids and teens clubs that I’ve ever seen. The food was fantastic, and though they’re still finishing off repairing and rebuilding from a fire a year ago, everything is top notch! My first experience with Club Med, though I travel a fair amount, and we loved it.

We spent a week at the Tiara Exclusive Collection at Club Med Punta Cana with our five-year-old son, while my elderly mother stayed nearby in the Zen Oasis.

This was our second stay at the resort, and it was lovely to be back. The rebuilt area after the fire (especially the El Mundo food club restaurant) is beautiful and such a great addition to the property.

Overall, it was a really good family trip. The staff were consistently warm, responsive, and kind to our son, and the Tiara team made everything feel easy. The buffet worked wonderfully for our child with plenty of options, and the water park was a major highlight as it was fun, clean, and well-run. Our beachfront room was spacious and convenient, and being just steps from the water was truly the biggest benefit of staying in the Tiara section.

A few small hiccups did come up: there were quite a few flies around the buffet (understandable in the tropics), we found some broken glass on the beach, and my husband had a minor electrical shock from a lamp, which the staff handled quickly and professionally. None of these issues overshadowed the overall experience, but they’re worth noting for context.

All in all, Club Med’s “Tiara” Exclusive Collection area at Punta Cana remains a great option for families seeking a relaxed, all-inclusive resort with exceptional service and easy access to the beach. It’s not flawless, but it’s warm, comfortable, and memorable. We’d happily return.

As a long-time, loyal member of the Club Med family, having recently enjoyed stays at the Jade Exclusive Collection in Cancún, Michès Playa Esmeralda, and Marrakesh La Palmeraie, I have a deep appreciation for the unique blend of luxury, hospitality, and energy that defines the Exclusive Collection experience. My recent seven-day stay at the Tiara Exclusive Collection Space in Club Med Punta Cana, particularly during a period of significant positive change at the resort, was nothing short of magical and truly exceeded my already high expectations. I departed with the profound impression that the investment poured into this flagship property since its unfortunate fire a few years ago has positioned Punta Cana for a magnificent new era, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the very best in the brand’s premium portfolio.
Exceptional Leadership and The Tiara Team's Professionalism
The defining element of my stay was the calibre of service delivered within the Exclusive Collection space. This level of personalised, proactive, and anticipatory care is directly attributable to the leadership of Exclusive Collection Manager, Cristal. Cristal is exceptional; she operates at a level of dedication and detail that sets the "Five Trident" standard. She was consistently present, visible, and effortlessly ensured that the high-touch environment of the Exclusive Collection was not just maintained, but elevated. Nothing throughout my week was ever a problem; every query or request was handled seamlessly and with remarkable speed, reflecting a manager truly at the top of her game.
Cristal’s leadership is reflected in the stellar performance of the entire Tiara Exclusive Collection staff. I would like to specifically commend the professionalism and welcoming spirit of the named staff members and G.O.s who made my stay so memorable. Huge bravo to the core Tiara G.O. Team: Junior, Marshall, and Djenica for their daily enthusiasm and attentiveness. Their energy and ability to connect with guests, ensuring personalised comfort, deserve formal recognition. Furthermore, the bar staff, led by Bar Manager Tito, provided flawless, friendly service that epitomised the carefree, luxurious spirit of the Exclusive Collection. This team is a genuine asset, and their collective professionalism ensures a return visit.
The Magnificent Addition of Joia Bar and El Mundo Food Club
The opening of the new bar and restaurant complex during my stay was a highlight and clearly demonstrates the sheer scale and quality of Club Med's investment in Punta Cana. The new complex, anchored by the main dining area, the El Mundo Food Club, and the Joia Bar, is simply stunning. The architecture, ambience, and design are perfectly executed—they feel less like a renovation and more like a brand-new resort addition, successfully blending high-end design with breezy Caribbean elegance.
The atmosphere at the new Joia Bar is sophisticated yet relaxed, creating a perfect hub for both daytime lounging and elegant evening cocktails. This space adds a necessary layer of refinement to the resort's communal areas, providing a truly VIP experience.
Elevated Culinary Excellence
The quality of the food throughout the resort was truly amazing, and for me, it matched the high level of the dining experiences at the Michès Exclusive Collection property. The new El Mundo Food Club, specifically under the direction of Chef Antonio, has created an immaculate culinary program. His dedication to presentation, freshness, and diverse flavours was evident in every meal.
A dedicated note of praise must be given to the Chef de Patisserie. The standard of desserts was breathtakingly high—so much so that I must confess to having added several pounds to my waistline with zero regrets! It is a rare pleasure to find such a consistent commitment to world-class pastry within an all-inclusive setting. I also thoroughly enjoyed an evening meal at Indigo, where the team was, as always, right on point, confirming the high standard is resort-wide.
Property Aesthetics and Accommodation Quality
The property itself, Club Med Punta Cana, remains breathtaking. The resort’s landscaping and grooming are consistently immaculate, reflecting meticulous daily care that ensures the beautiful natural environment is highlighted. The pool areas, including the exclusive Tiara pool, were crystal clear, and the presence of the Dominican sun ensured a perfect tropical setting every day.
The Tiara rooms themselves are exceptionally well-appointed, providing a true luxury-tier experience. The master suite with its ensuite, coupled with additional rooms for guests, delivers truly spacious and practical accommodation.
A Minor Point of Constructive Feedback
While the renovation of the resort's core is magnificent, one area that could benefit from a similar investment momentum is the Gym facility. Given the luxurious feel and state-of-the-art nature of the new dining and communal spaces, the gym area currently feels slightly dated and less inspired by comparison. I am confident this is already in the cards for the near future.
Conclusion and Bravo
In summary, my seven-night stay from October 11th to the 18th of 2025 was a tremendous success. Club Med Punta Cana has invested deeply, and the results speak for themselves, particularly in the elevation of the dining and social experience. I extend my sincerest and most profound thanks to Cristal and her outstanding Tiara Exclusive Collection team for providing an environment that was simultaneously luxurious, fun, and deeply relaxing. Bravo to all the G.O.s and G.E.s for their hard work. I am already looking forward to my next visit to witness how this new resort complex continues to thrive.
