Another incredible stay at Club Med Punta Cana, and once again, I am leaving feeling incredibly grateful for the people who make this place so special. Punta Cana truly feels like a second home to us. We have been coming twice a year for the past three years, and every visit reminds us why we continue to return. The renovations are beautiful, and we are in awe of how much care continues to go into the resort, but what truly makes Club Med feel like home are the people.

At Indigo, Chef Edwin, Chef Jackson, and Chef Ewry went above and beyond to make us a personalized paella that was incredible and delicious. Our wish was their command, and they truly went out of their way to make something special for us on many occassions. Chef Antonio has also become one of our favorites over the years. During this trip, when I was dehydrated and not feeling well, he went to a different restaurant twice to find coconuts for me. That kind of thoughtfulness and care is something we will never forget.

Damaris provided excellent service at breakfast, Martina was so sweet and gracious during our evening dinners, and Yan Carlos was an exceptional server. He is incredibly attuned to our needs, anticipates what we need before we even ask, and is always so gracious and sweet. Jose was wonderful at dinner, and Yorky continues to provide excellent service. He always asks how he can help and genuinely looks for ways to make our experience better. Carolyn was so sweet and loving in the mornings and always anticipated our needs. She would bring me my Prosecco before I even had a chance to ask. Fresir was also absolutely amazing at breakfast, so sweet and kind.

I also want to recognize Elisa, Leidy, and Angela at Indigo. All three were exceptional and added so much to our experience and we love and appreciate them very much.

Vinay, who I believe was the manager at Indigo, was exceptional. He always made sure we had everything we needed, often before we even had a chance to ask. He was constantly directing the team and making sure things were followed through. He was so sweet, kind, and accommodating. Thank you so much, Vinay. We appreciate you.

Josue, who we saw at both Hispaniola and El Mundo, is an actual angel. He takes his work seriously and makes beautiful dishes every time. Every time we see him, he comes from behind his workstation and gives us the biggest, most genuine hugs. Josue is such a gem, and Club Med is so lucky to have him. We also want to recognize Eleanor at Hispaniola, who was exceptional.

Mathiew, the supervisor of sports, was another highlight. He is charismatic, sweet, loving, genuine, and gracious. We spent a lot of time talking with him, and it is so clear that he genuinely cares about people and creating a wonderful experience.

And of course, Damien is THE PARTY. He is the life of the party and completely embodies Club Med and all that it is. We are so lucky to have him. His energy, warmth, authenticity, and ability to bring everyone together are such a huge part of what makes Club Med special.

Dani from the workout team was so sweet, and I love spending time with her and sharing meals together. Mourad was also wonderful. We took one of his Aqua Gym classes years ago, and after he returned to Punta Cana, we asked him to do one again for us. He graciously did, even though it was no longer his role, and it was so much fun and wonderful. The entire dance team was incredible, especially Meleidys and Melanie. They bring so much energy and talent to the resort.

At the bar, Anto is someone we absolutely have to recognize. We love him so much and have invited him to dinner multiple times. He has become a dear friend. His work ethic is exceptional, he is meticulous, always on top of everything, and makes the best drinks we have ever had. We would literally wait for his drinks because we knew they would be made with care. He leads his team with such grace and his work is impeccable. He has such a beautiful smile and he was so diligent and attentive. Anto is truly exceptional, and Club Med is lucky to have him.

At reception, Edwin was incredible. We spent quite a bit of time hanging out with him and even invited him to dinner. Sephara, Fabie, Rajaa, and Leika were also wonderful. I especially want to acknowledge the guest relations team because they worked tirelessly to resolve any concerns or issues we had. Reception has not always been as helpful on previous stays, but this team was different. Everything we needed or asked for was handled promptly and with so much care and grace. We truly appreciate them.

We also want to recognize the two DJs. Even though it was low season, they always kept the party going and always played wonderful music. They helped create such a fun atmosphere and brought so much energy to the resort.

Abdel was also extremely accommodating this trip. Any request we made, he readily agreed to and was so gracious. We truly appreciated his willingness to help and the care he showed us throughout our stay.

I also want to take a moment to recognize all of the people who work behind the scenes to keep Club Med Punta Cana running and looking its best. The housekeeping teams, maintenance teams, grounds crews, the people who clear the seaweed from the beach, the lifeguards, and everyone else who is constantly working throughout the resort deserve so much appreciation. There are people working all day, every day, to keep the resort clean, safe, beautiful, comfortable, and in tip top shape. Much of that work happens quietly in the background, but as returning guests, we absolutely notice it and appreciate it. Thank you for everything you do.

One of the most special things about coming back to Club Med Punta Cana is that the staff no longer feel like staff to us. They have become family. We literally go on vacation and leave with new friends and new family every time. That is something truly special, and it is a testament to the people who work here and the way they make guests feel.

We love Club Med Punta Cana. It truly feels like our second home, and we are so grateful for every person who contributes to making it that way. Thank you to the entire Club Med team for everything you do, both what guests see and what happens behind the scenes. We appreciate you more than you know, and we cannot wait to see you all again.

I recently returned from a week at Club Med Punta Cana, staying in the Tiara Exclusive Collection. As a returning guest, I arrived with high expectations, and the resort exceeded them. The experience was as consistently superb as on my prior visits, and the newly added features only enhance an already beautiful property.

The Tiara team went above and beyond at every turn. Staff were unfailingly courteous and anticipated needs before I voiced them. Special thanks to Tiara Manager Bryan; to Marshall, Cleavens, Samara, and Thibaut on the Concierge team; and to Tito, Ronella, and Yeison at the bar, whose hospitality made each day a pleasure.

Cynthia and Melanie from the sports team made a lasting impression: despite not having seen me in a couple of years, both remembered me and greeted me by name. That level of personal attention is rare and speaks to the caliber of this team.

Lucas is an exceptional yoga teacher who took the time to walk the room and personally correct posture and poses, instruction that was attentive, skilled, and genuinely valuable.

The grounds were impeccable, my room was perfectly maintained, and housekeeping was exceptional throughout.

I pre-purchased the six-visit spa package and thoroughly enjoyed every treatment, a true highlight of the week.

This is five-trident luxury, delivered with the polish and precision you would expect from the best in hospitality. I could not have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning.

Our recent stay at Club Med Punta Cana was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the resort delivered an outstanding family experience that exceeded our expectations.

The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the Mini Club. A special thank you to Banana and Kiki, who did an incredible job encouraging our children to step outside their comfort zones, participate in activities, and make new friends. Every day, our kids came back excited and full of stories about what they had done. That's something we've rarely experienced at other resorts. At many other kids' clubs, our children want to leave after an hour and never return. At Club Med, they were eager to go back each morning. That speaks volumes about the team and the environment they create.

The service throughout the resort was excellent, especially at the bars. Anto and the bar team provided friendly, attentive service and consistently helped create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Their professionalism and positive energy made a noticeable difference throughout our stay.

The food was also very good, with plenty of variety and quality across the resort. We particularly enjoyed El Mundo, which became one of our favorite dining spots during the vacation.

Overall, Club Med Punta Cana delivered exactly what a family vacation should be: happy kids, great service, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere for parents. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for families looking for a resort that truly knows how to engage children while providing a first-class experience for everyone.
