This was our first time club med experience, overall was exceptional. We were only there for 2 days would like to have stayed longer to enjoy more of what they had to offer. Theme nights were very entertaining

We came for a wedding which was very nice, the atmosphere was amazing. However , disappointed at how abruptly the music and the party stopped at 12:30, despite the fact there were still a lot of people on the dancefloor. Usually when there is still a partying atmosphere, the music stays on until at least 1:00 am. Particularly disappointing as it was a wedding:-(
On a brighter note, thank you to the chefs Jordan and Emmanuel for their extra special care to accommodate my gluten-free needs.
We loved the excursion with our guide, the mountain was so beautiful at this time of the year! Amazingly few bugs. In the meantime the children were we'll taken care of by Louis, Maya and Zach: thank you to the mini club team. Thomas was great too for the sports. Thank you to all the GOs for going above and beyond to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. I don't understand why there is no tennis offered, it would make the resort perfect.

Excellent! The team is amazing! The kids had a great time learning aerial arts/ circus from Morgan. The morning walks and runs with Etienne were a great way to start the day! The shows were top notch! We can't wait to come back!

Both my husband and I just came back from our first Club Med trip at Charlevoix. Before we checked out, we have already thought of our second visit!
To be honest, our check in was smooth but few minutes after we arrived in our room, I noticed we were assigned the wrong room. We chose Delux and it is stated in the brochure that Delux room comes with a bathtub, whereas the room we got did not come with a bathtub. I then had to go to reception again and get this sorted out. It consumed time and did show that Club Med did not handle this very well. Assigning incorrect room could be avoided. Kelly helped us to sort out at the end.

The main thing I could not miss to comment must be the FOOD! We enjoyed the food so much! 95% of the food we tried were fantastic! We were there for 4D3N, other than breakfast buffets were 80% the same every day, I would say both lunch and dinner buffets had so many different varieties and they almost did not repeat for their main dishes and desserts! IMPRESSED with food selection, quality and all the people in the restaurant! Jordan, Luis Hugo and Paul were extremely friendly and helpful! On my last day’s lunch, Luis even recommended me the best way to enjoy a dessert, and that dessert was one of the best desserts I had ever tried! I wish I was not that full and could enjoy one more. I would say all people in the restaurant were great and amazing. The staff collected our empty dishes so timely and it made our experience better. I do hope that they could refill my white wine without me waiting and asking.

One thing I would like to feedback is the housekeeping was not so satisfying. We could come to a room where there were stones next to the bed and table, and some hairs/furs and dirt on the carpet. Even making a refill request from the room was not that convenient and friendly to us.
We met two great people (Manal & Nicolas) when we visited the boutique to grab few souvenirs. They were so patient, helpful and kind to provide service. We were so happy with our purchase there.
We tried various cocktails, snacks and drinks. We went for a gondola ride too. View was great. We experienced good spa session as well. One thing to our surprise was pool table was actually for teens. Pool table was our favorite game and too bad, that was a bit surprised.
Victor and Aletze from reception were helpful, professional and patient! They made a difference to our trip.

The kids club (mini club med 6-10) was great! Julien, Christophe, Cintia, Louis, Louka, Mimi, Zachary, and Zach were amazing! Our child was very shy on the first day and they were able to convince him to play! By the end of the first day he kept wanting to go back!

Did not have a great experience with reception. We had an ice pack that we brought from home to keep our children medicine cool on the plane. I asked reception if they had a freezer we could put it in for the duration of the trip. They said no, then told us to ask infirmary. I went and was told they don't have a freezer. Was then told to ask the bar and kitchen. I went to both and was told no from both. I went back to reception, they then offered the baby room fridge which had a freezer. So we used it. On our last day, the ice pack was not there anymore. The bag was labeled with our room number and was still taken by someone. Reception eventually provided a bag of ice for our trip back, but this was not a good experience.
