The every scenery, atmosphere, team members and amenities are all fantastic. We had connecting rooms, one for our children, and found we had more than enough room for our fan fan lily of 5. The team members at the kids club were really good with children, our kids wanted to go as much as possible as they had so much fun. There were always a multitude of food options through out the day, alot of picky kid approved foods were available at each meal. Activities were well run if you're into that kind of thing. The pool/ hot tub area was a favorite spot of ours, very clean and staffed with lifeguards. Though it was Fall when we stayed, there are enough activities to keep you busy all day, every day of you wish. There's also alot of quiet areas to relax at instead. We would definetly return for another stay.

I vacationed at Club Med Charlevoix in early September, 2025 with our family of 5. The accommodations and service in the exclusive collection were superior. Members of our family experienced the out-door activities (mountain biking; hiking; chair lift and gondola passes; evenings by the fire with live entertainment) in addition to the in-door activities (from being pampered at the luxurious spa, yoga and exercise classes, participating in sports and games). Perfect for the active and also perfect for those who wish to relax and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and amenities.
The food and beverage services were excellent. The presentation, selections, quality and service in the main dining area was outstanding. Le Chalet also offers a first class dining experience and also a wonderful, peaceful area to relax and enjoy the stunning views that surround the resort.
The Club Med staff are outstanding! Always a smile; genuine care and attention; unbelievable energy; they make guests feel like family. From the CDV, the Managers, the GOs, the GEs… in all services. The Executive Collection; Rooms/Accommodation; Boutique; Reception; Food and Beverage; Animation; Sports; we didn’t use the mini-club, but I witnessed how wonderful they were too.
Special shout-out to the entertainment in the evening….. the same incredible group of people entertained us, made us laugh and created such a positive energy, and awesome memories. They are simply AMAZING!
I just need to figure out when we can go back!
