Quebec Charlevoix Canadá

First time at the Club Med Charlevoix and we had a great time !!

Staff was very nice especially the circus team and kids club staff and Sam fitness Instructor at the bootcamp class (thank to him I can’t walk anymore haha )

The food quality was great too !!
I will suggest to have some bikes available for the summer to go to the city or river and maybe a cooking class

Staff and the food was the highlight !!!! Club Med is blessed to have such a passionate and dedicated team (Sam who had organized an event that was rained out , went above and beyond to make the effort to do something with my teens who were the only ones who showed up. Our hiking instructor Synder was also a rockstar!! ) The staff also did incredible shows. The facility was also clean
Rooms though are super small (I will measure next time) and activities were hard to come by. Website was not clear!! And NOT user friendly with navigating what was available. It did however advertise kayaking but there wasn’t any and then mountain biking as always.. not the case either and the mini golf course advertised was dismal!!!! Half the turf missing. There really wasn’t many options

Great stay at Club Med! Jay at the bar and the circus staff are particularly amazing. They made the kids feel extra welcome.

The resort, rooms, food, entertainment were all excellent. The friendly, welcoming, considerate, smiling, amazing staff are incredible. The inclusive atmosphere created is simply wonderful. Somehow, they bring out the best in people!

My wife and I spent 5 glorious days at the only all-inclusive resort in Canada. This hotel is only five years old, so everything is presented beautifully. We were booked into one of their signature suites and were totally pampered. Our room had a 180 deg, view of the St. Lawrence River and the south shore of the eastern Quebec.
The Club Med experience did not disappoint, the food offerings, activities, and the nightly entertainment, were provided with quality and service in mind.
The resorts location is another reason to enjoy being there. If it is nature you are wanting or to be surrounded by culture and history it is around every corner.

This is a must stay and we will try to visit again.
