Lake Paradise BRASIL

Club Med Lake Paradise is probably one of my all time favourite vacation experiences.

The resort is full of activities, water-sports (kayaks, sail, and more), a zipline, an elevated obstacle course, countless traditional sports (Tennis, Golf, ...) where you'll never find yourself short of people to play with, huge grounds you're welcome to stroll around in (where exotic animals abound! I saw an Iguana almost as big as me, and colourful tucans!) and an overall air of happiness.

I was taken aback at just how friendly every single one of the G.O's is, there's a constant air of motivation and companionship that really elevates the whole experience. At the nightly shows, you're even invited to dance by the young staff! Even when just ordering a drink at the bar you'll get hit up with pleasant conversations and tips on what to do (like a deluxe coffee bar that appears only a few times per week!). There's plenty of different ambiances and you're never forced into doing anything (not even conversation if you'd rather be a bit more introverted), want to stay all day lounging by the pool with a drink in hand? You're welcome to :).

I especially want to recognize Bruno Oliveira, he was a top notch G.O. really preocuppied with whether we were having a good time or not, helped us join and start activities and was always up for really fun conversations. Gabriel the sports manager was also extremely good at his job, "Oh, Yes!" at the bingo, and constant laughs at water-sports and more, both were always present and always ready to help, no matter the problem. More than good G.O's, both are excellent people, inside and out.

To summarize, Club Med Lake Paradise is the place to go to forget all of the world's troubles: Endless entertaining activities and sports, that leave you hungry for the most delightful buffets of my life, and all of that while being sorrounded by sincerely wonderful people, an unforgettably marvellous experience.

We are a family of five who spent a week at Lake Paradise in March 2025. We took advantage of a flight deal from Chicago to Sao Paulo and found ourselves in Lake Paradise.

We had two, connected rooms. They were spacious and clean. Our kids loved the kids' club - in fact, they did not want to do anything else all week. We have three very different kids - and the kids' club counselors connected with them all. They had so much fun. 10 months later - and my kids still talk about Lia, Havaiana, and their other friends.

The food was also excellent - certainly some of the best resort food we've had in all of our travels. Our one daughter has a nut allergy and the Nutrition Team went above and beyond to make sure we knew all the allergens. Jeniffer and Sandy texted me each day with the menu and the allergens. Again - better than any other travel experience we've had.

My experience at Club Med Lake Paradise was, overall, very positive, especially because of the excellent sports and animation team, which is simply outstanding. A special mention goes to Sara and LaGuardia, who truly make a difference with their professionalism, friendliness, and contagious energy.

The hotel’s facilities are very good, with well-maintained pools, pleasant saunas, and a golf course that will surely please those seeking outdoor activities. The food is good, offering variety and quality in line with the resort’s proposal.

However, there are a few areas that require attention from the management. The rooms need renovation, particularly regarding the old air conditioning units, which no longer provide the comfort expected. Additionally, there was a significant communication failure with the guests: on our last day, the restaurant was closed for dinner due to the staff’s year-end celebration, without providing reasonable alternatives for the guests, which caused discomfort and frustration.

In summary, Club Med Lake Paradise boasts an excellent structure and outstanding staff, but it still lacks better communication and investment in renovations in some areas, particularly in the rooms. With these adjustments, the experience could be even closer to the excellence expected from the brand.

I had a wonderful time at club med lake paradise! I went with my family for a weekend get away and it was lovely. It was great to relax but also so much to do! I loved the adventure course and my family had a great time learning how to sail.

The GOs made everything very special. Thank you so much floq, bia, and Maria!
