La Rosière FRANÇA

This review is about my family summer stays at club med La rosière.

This is an amazing place to be. This is the first time I actually feel at home at an hotel.

I love the « salon cheminée » which is an adulte lounge with a huge bay window overlooking the alps, I worked so well in there, I have to work couple of hours a day during my vacation and this was a heavenly place to do it.

I cannot thank enough the team for being so welcoming, it almost feel as if the staff knows you.

Regarding my daughter, she is 7 yo and she loved the club and the hikes proposed there, there is also mountain biking for kids as soon as 4 yo, my daughter just signed up for it every time she could.
She asked me to say a big thank to : Cacahuète, Leina, Virgile, Ninon, Matteo, Jean, Yanis , Rémy, Tom, Lauriana, !
Yes she remembered them all !!
The staff was so friendly to her.

The food is great, and I would like to thank : Rémi the butcher, Michelle, Angelo, Raphael, Romain and Nicolas at the Bar, for their service.

The first stay we did was so good, we decided to come back, because of our schedule and availability we choose to go to an other club in the same region, but we were not as satisfied, after the first night we asked for a transfer from one club to the other, and they allowed us to do so. And for that reason I would like to address how grateful I’m to Coco, and Laure !
Thank you Thomas for pulling such an amazing team together !
We will definitely come back, this was probably in my top 3 best vacation!!

I was skeptical coming to a mountain resort in the Summer…and I was blown away. First, let’s start with the kids. The password or pre teen/teenager club is a parents dream…they get freedom and you don’t worry and not all kids have a phone! Milla the GO was amazing at bringing the kids together and having all kids included. Then there is mini club for my 7yr old….Andrea couldn’t be a better supervisor…he shows empathy, he plays with the kids, he is a good leader…and then there is Tom and Loriana who my daughter just adored. They became family and she wanted to see them every day….they cared so much for the children and I appreciated it so much.

My highlight of the week for our family is a testimony to what Club Med is about. My daughter came this week and didn’t know how to ride a bike and wanted to learn. We tried to sign her up but they said she had to know how to ride or be younger than 5. The mini club supervisor Andrea didn’t accept that he said he would take her and he did! And she went 3 days after that and now she rides a bike!!! I tell you this because he and this resort will do everything they can to ensure you have the best holiday EVER!

Lastly, I have to bring up Thomas the Wine Cave GO. Every night he showed up and served the best champagne, full of recommendations for anything and everything and with a big smile! Anytime you see him, he was willing to help out and poor a good glass of wine!

Amazing week at Club Med la Rosiere with our 4 kids and my parents. A perfect set up to go with the extended family: everyone found its favorite activity, from spa and gastronomy to biking and hiking. The staff was excellent, super attentive and nice. Special mention to Paul, the sport coach who did amazing training sessions that my mom and I enjoyed every day!

This club has opened reasonably recently and reflects the more upmarket nature of Club Med. But the general feel has been maintained and it works extremely smoothly.
As a longstanding client of over 50 years, I do regret the loss of the sense of communal dining and of social tables; and the range of dishes on offer at each meal has steadily diminished. While this reduces waste, I do think the very much more restricted current offer was not what I'm used to.
