Kani REPÚBLICA DAS MALDIVAS

We had a good time at Club Med Kani. Ragab and his team were amazing throughout our stay. Friendly atmosphere and accommodating for our large family of 14! Many activities to keep everyone busy but also quiet spaces for chilling out! Great food and wide choices for all the meals. For those who dive, the in house dive center are really good and professional!

Obviously this club is in Paradise and has everything that and more to offer then you expect from a club med. but what made it so outstanding is the staff. The manager has the ability to pick an insane team. From every waiter to the spa: you just felt like you are the most loved person on earth. They treated you like royalties. I really felt like they became our friends. Everyone knew my name. The wonderful manager makes a huge effort to get to know every guest and is a skilled and hard working entertainer. All the staff was insane but some need extra mentioning: the snorkelling team, how fun they were. beautiful Christine, the yoga teacher. Highly qualified, warm and kind. The whole acrobatics team: from smile to happy, ping and especially Lea: wow. How special did they make me feel. What patience. What care. But the most important person to me was Munna. My surfing coach. He made my stay and especially the last day unforgettable. I will come back just because of him. He is a merman who graciously shared his passion with me. He pushed me into waves totally out of my league and made this the happiest holiday of my life. Even if you don’t surf: go on a surfing trip just to meet him. What for a fun, patient, kind and incredibly talented young man. Thank you Munna!

12 wonderful days in Kani! It was our second time here and I know that we’ll come back.
Kani is not ordinary Maldives because you will never found such a great GQ team.
Thanks a lot to snorkeling team! We saw a lot of rays, mantas, sharks, turtles and colorful fishes.
Morning yoga and evening stretching with Christine were great! She is so kind and professional.
Also the restaurant manager Manu, all waiters, restaurant team are so cool, friendly, they created a wonderful atmosphere for us to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was excellent and we want to thank all the restaurant team.

This year's annual family vacation abroad led us to Kani Maldives. We are incredibly grateful to the resort team for their warm hospitality, which made six days enjoyable for all four members of our family, spanning different age groups. Upon disembarking, the elegant Aldynai handled our check-in, while Candice and Anaïs kindly assisted us with breakfast arrangements for our room.

Mithun at the Manta Bar and Rippon at the main bar always remembered our preferences and even recommended the sunset cruise—my mother-in-law was thrilled to see dolphins! Badal and Zoro also remembered us, greeting us enthusiastically every time and checking in on our daily activity plans.

During our stay, we joined the sea fishing and jet skiing activities recommended by Akko. Enjoying the fish we caught ourselves gave us a real understanding of why wild deep-sea fish are so highly priced on the market. Unlike last year’s trip to Bintan Island, this vacation coincidentally fell during my mother-in-law’s birthday.

Taking Aldynai’s suggestion, we reserved a lobster buffet dinner—a very private setting. Ashish and his team arranged everything perfectly for the birthday celebration, making our last evening incredibly warm and memorable!

Finally, a big thank you to Zi and Budi for chatting with us about everything under the sun every day—their accompany made our vacation far from lonely!

Ah! It was until the last day that I realized the CDV was the same new chief we had previously encountered during the transition at Kabira!

I wonder if we’ll run into him again when we visit one of the villages in the future! Thank you Ragab and team, this vacation means a lot to us and you guys made it incredible!

Amazing holidays. And specific tribute to Christine. Her yoga classes were a piece of art of relaxation, well being and joy. She is so professional, kind and generous. And a big thank you to Patrick and Thomas who organized a magic afternoon on a catamaran, the best time in family in the whole trip. Dolphins,
manta ray and the most beautiful snorkeling ever with Mouna on boat. Perfection. Can’t wait to be back !
