Bintan Island INDONÉSIA

I was there on 11-13 Sep 2025. It is good stay for 3D2N for a short trip with family. Especially it is our first time to visit Bintan island. I was a little worry at planning stage about the pick-up and other logistic arrangement. But it was all good.
The staff provides with excellent events and shows, and good foods. In the village itself, it fulls of activities that will occupy you every hour, if you wish to follow thru.
I also surprise in how warm the staff are towards guests. They will sit down with you during lunch, dinner, bar time to chat and just talking about life. I had a great time with Anna, from California. She is multi-talented with dancing and other things.
My kid also had great time with Kelvin from kids club and the other guy from Thailand. They are very fun with children and children love them. The staff are really ensure the safety of your kids.
I was not prepared for all-white garden dinner, but it was magical with circus show and live performance. It felt like someone's wedding with nice buffet and excellent service.
I did not manage to use any facility as I was busy with my kid, but relaxing there is a good thing too.
I saw that staff organised water aerobic in the morning, and it is indeed looking fun.
I did try to massage 50 mins with oil. the room is exclusive and out of disturbance, with facing the sea. It was a good escape.
Excellent service is important as it creates lasting impression for the guests. The smiles & friendliness from the staff will help for guests that going there for quick escape from routines, work related. Hopefully we will return to Club Med Bintan soon. Thank you for everything.

We got to snorkel, watch great performances, thanks to the kids club team ( zan, wood, yulia, rere, syasya, kimi, dimas, husen, angel, danial, kelvin, garfield, vera) who made it so fun for our kids: so we parents go to have some me time too

It was excellent! Rooms were clean. The staff and GO were very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent! The activities were very family friendly.
