Bintan Island INDONÉSIA

My 6 year old daughter and I just got back from a 5 days stay in Clubmed Bintan. Their service is excellent. Their food is super fantastic. Amenities is just perfect as they also have many inhouse activities for kids and adults besides water sports. Some experience to share and this will always be in my hearts when we think of Bintan.
Spa - I booked a spa session on the 2nd day. When I dropped my daughter off at the Mini Club, she could not settle because it was her first time with the teachers and other kids. I went back to the Spa counter and told them that I will not be going for my session. CHRIS attended to me and changed my appointment to the following day without any questions asked at no charge 🙏.
Mini Club - My girl had a tough time settling to the new faces in the club. Suddenly an angel appeared. Her name is ANGEL. I shared with Angel about my girl. I saw that Angel took so much effort to coax my girl. In 2 minutes they were best friends. My daughter talks about Angel everyday since. Not forgetting ZAN, KELVIN, HUSEN, RERE, SYASYA, VERA, GARFIELD, YULIA & WOOD. They were really incredible and patient with the kids. You could see the 100% they put in the job. On the way to the ferry terminal I asked my girl where should our next holiday be. Without thinking she said BINTAN and mentioned all the names above🫶.
F&B - This team is fantastic. MR RAVI, CHEF ASIM, CARLOS, BANK & SYARIF, I cant thank you enough for your hospitality during my meal time. They made sure I tried their speciality dishes and that my tummy is full before I leave the restaurant. Their team work is so strong. On the 4th day it was Pool Dinner Day. They started preparing the pool seatings and outdoor buffet line since 2pm. All.was seat. As we sat to start dinner at 630pm, it rained and rained heavily. As all the guest went to the bar for shelter the F&B team whipped out dinner for us in the restaurant in half an hour. Job well done guys 👏.
Thank you once again Clubmed Bintan for making this trip one of the best we had. We will see you soon.

This was our first time at Club Med, and it turned out to be a truly memorable family holiday. One of the highlights for us was the Teens Club, which our daughter absolutely loved. The activities were fun, well planned, and gave her the perfect mix of freedom, new friends, and unforgettable memories.

A very special thank you to G.O.s Kimi and Angel, who made her feel so welcome and included from day one. Their warmth, energy, and genuine care really stood out, and she looked forward to joining the Teens Club every day.

We’re so glad we chose Club Med Bintan for our first Club Med experience. The Teens Club made it extra special for our daughter!
