5/5 • 02/12/2025Had an amazing time in Club Med Bali. There were a lot of fun activities for everyone like snorkelling, pilates (by Vitoria), yoga etc. And will not be hungry!!

We experienced this when celebrating our Anniversary with the kids
Cacik the Indonesian front desk was warm, helpful and knowledgeable. Her local knowledge helped us navigate the language barrier and recommended us nice stopover on the way to airport. In an otherwise international community, Cacik is the ambassador of where the resort is located.
Teddy, the GO, was meticulous, and saw to our special requests to make the stay extra special.
Special thanks to Jaka (Tennis), Zee (Golf), Rizal (Archery) and Alex (Circus). They were experts in their fields yet were so encouraging. They made trying a new sport less intimidating, and made it easy to understand the complexity of the sport. Each of them had their special way of connecting with guests, it’d be too long to mention here.
Housekeeping staff were fantastic. They were consistent, where many high end hotels failed. Sure, the rooms are dated, but the housekeeping staff made it clean and comfortable for a good night’s rest.
The nightly shows were great. We were blown away by the cultural show and the circus show.
Congratulations to the Village Cheif. I saw him everywhere. He embodies what leadership is about.
If anything to complain about, it’s the mosquitoes! Lying down at the Zen Pool veranda or just practicing my swings at the tee off net gave me multiple bites as memories.
