Loved the resort and facilities kids club amazing. Small issues-On arrival our suitcases took hours to get to our room as the room number was written on tags incorrectly. Desperate for a shower and swim after long flight. On departure I paid for late checkout but the room key stopped working at usual time causing inconvenience and rushing as reception was very far from our room. Dinner is very late 6.45pm this is too late for kids there’s a show after that meaning they’re up very late and tired. An earlier dinner option would be perfect. Definitely would come back.

This was the first time we stayed in Club Med. We chose Bali because it is nearer to our country and there was a pretty good discount. We came here to relax and we did. This place is huge. Though we didn't join the activities, we enjoyed swimming and playing our own board games. The desserts & gelato were excellent. Food & fruits was plentiful. You will never be hungry.

We have just returned from the trip of a lifetime at Club Med Bali and just cannot fault it at all. We travelled with our two teens - 14 and 17 years old.
This was a phenomenal trip - that allowed our kids to be as busy as they wanted, and for us to do as little as possible.. all while enjoying an all inclusive - no hidden costs - holiday.
BOOKING was super easy on the Club Med site, you can book everything here in one place, play with the dates and accommodation types, book flights and transfers. So easy to navigate and compare options so you get exactly what you want.
It does pay to book your transfers with Club Med. They will take full responsibility for getting you to and from the airport - and if your departure flight is late in the day - because you have the transfer booked with Club Med - you have the use of the resort up until that transfer time. So checkout may be 10am - but you can stay and enjoy all the benefits of the resort (at no charge) until you are transferred to the airport 3 hours before your flight.
THE ROOMS were excellent. We booked a suite and interconnecting room as we wanted the lounge space to chill out with the kids. So glad we did this. The lounge space and two balcony decks were the perfect quiet retreat to hang out together in the afternoons. Not super luxurious, but very clean and well appointed and definitely exceeded our expectations for the price point. The beds were very firm - but this is a preference for us, so not an issue. We had aircon and dehumidifiers in both rooms and the suite had a bathtub. Which we mostly used for rinsing our togs at the end of the day.
THE RESORT grounds are immaculately kept. Not a palm frond out of place. And they are expansive. Our favourite part was the pond junction were we enjoyed watching the Egrets, turtles, koi/carp fish and water monitors. It was truly beautifully kept with flowers and foliage creating so many beautiful spaces.
THE FOOD far exceeded our expectations. All food included (barr a very few, very special items that are clearly identified) at both the main (buffet) restaurant, the more intimate a la carte restaurant and the roving 'Makan on wheels' serving local street type food. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner there were multiple different ethnic food groups on offer. We were there for 9 days and never ate the same dish once. Three nights we were treated to the 'Garden Party' where the whole restaurant and buffet moved outdoors for a fairy lit night of entertainment under the stars. I could go on forever about the food. You will not be disappointed.
THE EXCURSIONS team (special mention to Winnie, who is just the best) looked after us very well. Providing peace of mind that we would have a great time doing what we had planned and that we would be well looked after and safe while out and about with a hand picked guide. We enjoyed a half day (which was more like a full day) in Ubud at the Monkey Forest and the Art Market. We sampled Luwak Coffee - if you know, you know.... took a full day exploring a bunch of waterfalls, each more beautiful than the last and explored temples, taking part in a very special Melukat Ceremony.
THE ACTIVITIES are just phenomenal. My 14 year old spent the day going from Circus School, to Archery to Football, to the Pool and back to the 'invitation only' catch sessions at the Trapeze in the evening (huge shoutout to the GOs at all the activities, particularly circus and archery for making Nathan's trip so awesome). All while hubby and I enjoyed drinks on our deck and massages at the spa (not included, but well worth the experience).
Club Med Bali thoroughly exceeded our expectations. Truly all inclusive, more activities than you could want to do. A team who enjoy meeting, greeting and being part of your holiday family. A place where kids of all ages and adults can have the holiday that suits them in a part of the world that is truly special. We miss you already and we will be back... soon...

Fantastic all inclusive resort. Staff✅Food✅Cleanliness✅. Loved every minute. Beach BBQ's fantastic. Deck restaurant food was beautiful. Main restaurant great for variety. Loved this place
