Cherating Beach MALÁSIA

Had a great experience there, all the staffs were very friendly. Especially while I was at the teens club, I was very welcomed by the members and the advisors, Ain and Umai.

This was my second time paying visit to Club Med Cherating for 3D2N after 4 years. They have just renovated the rooms and it looked so much modern and nicer now, very comfortable staying! The staff were all very friendly and polite. This time, I brought my one year old baby along and decided to place him at the baby club so that I can enjoy the facilities and personal time. Thank you so much to Miya, Umai, Iwe and Rebekah for taking care of my baby very well, he loved the play time with all of you! Good thing about baby club is that they also take half day daycare. I signed him in on the last day for half day, to enjoy my last sip of drinks ;) but it’s recommended to check on the club’s availability prior checking in. Overall experience was superb, will definitely come back again!

Angela's Teens Club was so much fun and I got to experience so many different things

Best part is the Mini Club for my 4 year old. In the past 2 days she spent time mainly with Rebekah, Ummi, Wafi and another guy (I forgot the name) who all did a good job with her that she's reluctant to leave the resort when it's time for us to head back home. Club Med did a good job differentiating themselves from other resorts in this aspect. Keep it up.

The facilities like archery, sports centre are in good condition. Private beach activities like kayaking was also fun.

Least favourable part is the rather dated and moldy room. My package also included the airport transfer but when I asked the reception on the arrangement to head home I got different instructions on the timing to meet at lobby from 4 different people so quite frustrating on this part. Also partly Scoot fault for keep changing the timing that club med didn't really update in their system with? Club med is the one arranging so they just keep themselves updated in the flight timings.

Food is so so but good in terms of the variety. Love the GO's energy overall.

It is a very good holiday experience in clubmed cherating, the stuff here are bery friendly, big thanks to shawn and aidil, very good archery experience also.
